1. About NewsPlay

NewsPlay (the "Service") is operated by Northover Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). NewsPlay is a free live-news aggregator that streams publicly available 24/7 news channels from third-party broadcasters ("Content Providers").

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using NewsPlay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Free service, no account

NewsPlay does not require sign-up, login, or payment. We may show advertising before content begins playing. Streams are provided "as is" — availability depends on the broadcaster.

4. Content ownership

All news content streamed through NewsPlay remains the property of its respective Content Provider. NewsPlay does not host video; it embeds publicly available HLS streams provided by the broadcasters. We do not modify, re-encode, or insert advertising into any broadcaster's stream.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, redistribute, or rehost any content; (b) circumvent any access control or geographic restriction; (c) use the Service in any unlawful manner.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, stream availability, or accuracy of news content (which originates with the broadcaster, not NewsPlay).
